24-Hour Emergency Response

Responding to after-hours building emergencies can be stressful and time-consuming.

Sanford Property Management will take the worry out of emergency response by:

  • Providing a 24/7 emergency response call line
  • Assessing the urgency of the situation and coordinating an appropriate response
  • Dispatching pre-qualified trades to the site
  • Following up with trades and clients to ensure the situation is resolved
  • Initiating and supporting insurance claims as needed
  • Coordinating any necessary remediation
