Sanford Property Management has a new look!
Welcome to the redesigned Sanford Property Management (SPM) website! Over the past few months the SPM team has been working on updating our marketing materials, and we are happy to start 2017 with a fresh new look. We’ve taken on a west coast colour scheme and used lots of local photos to showcase what we do, including some photos of our own buildings and photography by our own team members. We want to give a big shout out to Azadeh Yaraghi at Gogo Telugo Creatives for all of her ideas and guidance through this project.
We’ve launched a news and blog page (this one) where you will find updates about Sanford Property Management and Sanford Housing Society projects, articles and ideas related to property management, and links to things we think you might find helpful and interesting. Check back from time to time to see what’s new.
Our commitment to providing quality property management services for the nonprofit sector remains unchanged – it is our passion and focus. In fact, we have expanded the range of services that Sanford Property Management can provide for you by offering more “one-off” services that are time-limited or project-based. We know that often renovation projects can be too much to do off the side of your desk, or you may not have the right in-house expertise to manage the project, and that’s where we can help. Sanford Property Management is also introducing a building start up consultation service. For a lot of nonprofits, launching a new building is something that doesn’t happen very often and it is a phase of a project that needs special attention. Our property managers all have experience with new building startups and can help take you through the process from deficiency reviews, setting up service contracts, ensuring you have the right tools, supplies and equipment, to tenant rent-up and year-one warranty reviews. Existing SPM clients will see that we’ve implemented an online work order process, where our clients complete simple forms online to initiate work orders for their properties. If you are not yet an SPM client, you can use the Request a Quote form to start a conversation with us about how we can meet your property management needs and make your work life easier. Or, if you just have a general question, we’d be happy to answer it.
Over the next year, you will probably see us at housing conferences and events. All of our staff would welcome your property management questions or comments, and will bring along print materials with more information.
