24-Hour Emergency Response
Responding to after-hours building emergencies can be stressful and time-consuming.
Sanford Property Management will take the worry out of emergency response by:
- Providing a 24/7 emergency response call line
- Assessing the urgency of the situation and coordinating an appropriate response
- Dispatching pre-qualified trades to the site
- Following up with trades and clients to ensure the situation is resolved
- Initiating and supporting insurance claims as needed
- Coordinating any necessary remediation
